NEW FOR THIS YEAR ...
As part of the National Chilli Awards we are looking for chilliheads to enter our amateur hot sauce maker category.
All you have to do is bring a sample of your own delicious home-made chilli sauce (or jam,ketchup, pickle, chutney) to the Fiery Foods UK Festivals at Hove Lawns on 3rd, 4th or 5th April or Queen Square Bristol on 1st, 2nd or 3rd May. The judges will decide which is the tastiest and the winner will win a trip to the Fiery Foods UK Festival in Brighton on 18th-19th September when their sauce will go through to the finals of the National Chilli Awards.
The overall winner of the amateur category will have the chance to make their winning entry with the UK's top chilli sauce producer, Chillipepperpete as well as a cash prize.
